Our kids' martial arts classes are split into 12 exciting levels, each designed to boost coordination, strength, communication, confidence, and focus. Kids will dive into fun workouts with pad work, bag work, and partner drills.  We aim to build a strong foundation of emotional intelligence by focusing on what benefits them at home, school, and in the gym.

TEENS MARTIAL ARTS

Using the traditional principles of Muay Thai boxing, we challenge teens by building their work ethic and helping them reach their potential! Our program is structured into 12 levels, each designed to progressively enhance their skills, discipline, and confidence. Beyond physical training, each class helps their 'critical thinking' skills, where teens can openly discuss their thoughts and challenge one another as a team.

MORNING KICK

Get ready to conquer your mornings with a dynamic blend of technique and HIIT in our electrifying Morning Kick Classes. This isn't just any workout - it's a high-octane pump session designed to fuel your day with energy and enthusiasm!

Kickboxing HIIT fuses the dynamic moves of kickboxing with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for a powerful workout. Experience short bursts of intense kickboxing followed by recovery periods. This method quickly boosts fitness and burns more calories post-workout than traditional cardio.
